ODIDA board meetings are open to the public and include time for public comment. The ODIDA Board of Directors meets on the last Tuesday of most month at 5:30 p.m. This page is your place to find meeting schedules, agendas, and approved minutes so you can follow decisions, track district priorities, and stay engaged in how Downtown Omaha is managed.

Meeting Details

  • When: Last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM
  • Where: RDG Planning & Design, 1302 Howard St, Omaha, NE 68102
  • Zoom Option: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4029161796 
    • Public Participation Policy: For orderly conduct of the meeting, all members of the public attending via Zoom will be muted upon entry. Participants may speak during the designated Public Comment section of the agenda.
  • Note: There will be no meeting in July, Nov. or Dec.

What to expect

Meetings include updates on ODIDA programs and Downtown priorities. Agendas are posted in advance and minutes are posted after approval. If you plan to comment, please join early so you are ready when public comment begins.
