We are excited to offer an opportunity to enhance and protect your landscaping with custom tree guards as part of the Omaha Downtown Improvement District’s ongoing beautification efforts. To make this project more accessible, ODIDA is looking to help supplement some of the costs for interested businesses and property owners.

Why Install Tree Guards?

Tree Guard Pilot smaller

✔ Protect your investment – Durable, powder-coated steel rails prevent damage to tree beds and landscaping.

✔ Enhance curb appeal – Improve your property's aesthetic and contribute to a more inviting streetscape.

✔ Maintain a uniform look – Consistent design throughout Downtown Omaha.

✔ Pre-approved & hassle-free – No additional permits needed! ODIDA has already secured approvals from City Planners and the Historical Landmark Commission for quick installation.
